Accompanying persons will not be able to gain entry to scientific sessions and they will not receive delegate packs or be entitled to refreshments & lunch during session breaks. We regret that children under 18yrs are not able to attend the conference or social programme.
Cancellation Policy: Delegates will wish to note that conference registration fees will not be refundable under any circumstances. Substitutions are encouraged up to 14 days before the start of the conference.
Abstract Information
The deadline for abstract submission is Friday 27 June 2008. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee and notification of acceptance will be sent to authors during the week beginning 14 July 2008. Presenting authors of accepted abstracts must have registered and paid for the meeting by Friday 1 August 2008.  See the website for complete instructions.

Accommodations
The university accommodation booked at Royal Holloway has been built in the last three years and offers a good standard of rooms. Each room includes the following: Double bed, Ensuite Facilities, Towel and Toiletries, Tea and Coffee Making Facilities. Breakfast is also included. It is served in the 'Hub' between 07:30 - 09:00. Standard check-in time is 14:00. Standard check-out time is 10:00.
Accommodation is included in the conference fee for the nights of 10, 11 and 12 September. The fee will also include all meals from the Wednesday evening through to lunch on Saturday. If you wish to stay outside of these dates please book online. State on the booking notes section that you are attending the Brucellosis conference and they will try to allocate the same room for you throughout.

Abstract and Author Instructions

Electronic Abstract submission using an attached PC (not Mac) Word document to an e-mail and submitting an on-line form will be required for the 2008 meeting.  If you are using a Mac computer to prepare the Word document please convert it to a PC format prior to e-mailing it as an attachment.  Please make sure the converted Word document can be read by a PC computer. DEADLINE FOR ELECTRONIC ABSTRACT RECEIPT- August 25, 2008.  This deadline is FIRM.
E-mail as an attachment only one copy of your abstract.  The e-mail attachment must be received on or before the deadline by Dr. Robert P. Ellis, CRWAD Executive Director <robert.ellis@colostate.edu>.  Please do not fax or send a hard copy of your abstract.

Hotel Reservations

A custom Web site has been created by the Chicago Marriott Hotel for CRWAD attendees to reserve their hotel sleeping rooms.  Guests can access the site to learn more about the event and to book, modify, or cancel a sleeping room reservation.

The custom link will direct you to the Marriott property's home page and will have the CRWAD group code already entered in the appropriate field. If you call the hotel (Toll-Free: 1-800-228-9290) to make your sleeping room reservation make sure you indicate your affiliation with the CRWAD in order to receive the special CRWAD group rate.  Place your reservation by November 1, to secure a sleeping room under the CRWAD group rate. 2008 CRWAD Group Rate is $174 for a single/double room.
